Our pricing is based on project size and complexity. Every project, no matter the scope, starts off with a retainer fee that is used as service hours to get the project started.

After the retainer fee has depleted, we bill hourly for our design services. Design Services include

• subcontractor meetings
• proposals
• ordering and procurement
• scheduling installations and subcontractors, etc.

We will be happy to provide a realistic project timeline for renovations and furnishing projects. Every project is unique, and we respect timelines and budgets.

• Full Furnishing and Design Refresh Projects can take 4-6 months to complete.

Your involvement includes initial consultations, design presentations, and feedback sessions. We handle all logistics, procurement, and installations and ordering of project goods.
